About Me

I am a senior executive nursing officer and healthcare innovator with over 25 years of leadership experience transforming complex care delivery systems. My career has been defined by bridging nursing practice, operations, and information technology to create safer, more efficient, and patient-centered models of care. As a Chief Operations & Nursing Officer, I have led health systems across the pediatric-to-geriatric continuum, consistently delivering measurable improvements in patient outcomes, workforce engagement, and organizational performance.
